Ingredients 2 servings
- Water400 ml
- Lettuce60 g
- Shimeji mushrooms1/2
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut lettuce into chunks. Remove any hard tips from shimeji mushrooms and break them up by hand.
- 2. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. When the water from Step 2 comes to a boil, add lettuce and shimeji mushrooms and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add Japanese style granulated soup stock and bring it to a boil, then add and dissolve in miso and remove from heat.
- 4. Pour Step 3 into bowls and it is ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
It is seasoned lightly, so please adjust it by adding miso to your taste. We use shimeji mushrooms this time, but you can also make it delicious with other mushrooms.
