- Salmon100 g
- Avocado1/2
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1/2 tbsp
- (A)Chili Oil(La-yu)1/2 tsp
- Korean seaweed6 sheets
- Toppings
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the seed and peel the avocado. Heat Japanese sweet cooking wine (mirin) and let the alcohol evaporate.
- 1. Cut the avocado into 0.4-inch cubes, put them in a bowl, and pour lemon juice over them.
- 2. Cut salmon into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 3. Mix ingredient (A) in a separate bowl.
- 4. Add Step 1 and 2, mix, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in a refrigerator for 15 minutes until the flavors are blended.
- 5. Drain the liquid, place it in a bowl, garnish with Korean nori seaweed, sprinkle young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
