- Rice450 g
- Thinly sliced pork200 g
- Carrot1

- Curry mix (Curry roux)30 g

How to make
- Prepare. Peel carrot. Peel potatoes and remove the potato eyes.
- 1. Diagonally chop the carrot and cut onion into 0.4-inch pieces. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Cut thinly sliced pork into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a pot, add Step 2, and stir-fry over medium heat. When the color of thinly sliced pork changes, add carrot and onion from Step 1 and stir-fry. When the oil is blended, add potatoes from Step 1 and stir-fry quickly.
- 4. Add water and turn the heat to high. When it boils, remove the scum, turn the heat to low, and simmer for about 15 minutes. When potatoes are cooked, add Japanese curry roux, melt it well, and remove from the heat.
- 5. Pour Step 3 on a plate with rice and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
It has a mild taste, so please adjust the taste with a Japanese curry roux. We used thinly sliced pork this time, but you can substitute other parts of pork to make it delicious.
