- Tuna flakes40 g
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Salta pinch
- Black peppera pinch
- Salad oil1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Drain tuna flakes.
- 1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add tuna flakes, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
- 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in 1/3 of Step 1.
- 3. When the edges begin to harden, roll the egg from the back towards the front and push it to the back. Repeat the cooking process 2 times, and remove from the heat when cooked through.
- 4. Cut into bite-sized pieces, place it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking. You can use the oil tuna flakes to substitute, but please drain the oil before using.
