- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Squid80 g
- Chinese chive50 g
- Carrot50 g
- (A)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Oyster sauce1/2 tbsp
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
- (A)Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel carrots and set aside. Thaw the squid as indicated on the package. Lightly loosen the stir fry noodles (yakisoba).
- 1. Cut Chinese chives into 2-inch pieces.
- 2. Cut carrots into thin stripes.
- 3. Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 2 and Step 3, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the squid is cooked.
- 5. Add yakisoba noodles and stir-fry entirely over medium heat.
- 6. Add Step 1, stir-fry, then add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat until all the flavors are well blended.
- 7. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. After adding seasoning, please cook quickly so that it doesn't get burn.
