  • Squid
    80 g
  • Chinese chive
    50 g
  • Carrot
    50 g
  • (A)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Oyster sauce
    1/2 tbsp
  • (A)Salt
    1 three finger pinch
  • (A)Black pepper
    1 three finger pinch
  • Sesame oil
    1/2 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel carrots and set aside. Thaw the squid as indicated on the package. Lightly loosen the stir fry noodles (yakisoba).
  2. 1. Cut Chinese chives into 2-inch pieces.
  3. 2. Cut carrots into thin stripes.
  4. 3. Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 2 and Step 3, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the squid is cooked.
