Tips for cooking
If you can't prepare sushi vinegar, you can substitute sushi vinegar powder. By slicing the rice vertically, the rice grain will not stick together and you can enjoy the sushi rice better. When rolling the nori, please roll it tightly while gently pressing the ingredients. The key is to arrange the rice diagonally.
