  • (A)Soy sauce

  • (A)Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. 1. Mix (A) in a large heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 30 seconds at 600 W.
  2. 2. Place udon noodles in a separate heat-resistant bowl, and microwave as indicated on the package to thaw.
  3. 3. Combine Step 2 and 1 in a bowl and mix well.
