- Rice200 g
- Wiener3
- Onion30 g
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)1/2
- (A)Ketchup2 tbsp
- (A)Powdered cheese1 tbsp
- (A)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1/2 tsp
- Egg yolk1
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Mince parsley. Remove the core and seeds of the bell peppers.
- 1. Chop the onions and bellpeppers.
- 2. Cut the vienna sausage into 0.2-inch width slices.
- 3. Place the ingredients made in Step 1&2 and (A) in a heat-proof bowl and lightly cover it with a plastic wrap. Heat it in the microwave set to 600W for 5 mins, until the vienna sausage is thoroughly cooked.
- 4. Put it on a plate and place the egg yolk on top. Finally sprinkle some parsley and it is ready!
