Ingredients 2 servings
- Sandwich bread4 sheets
- Tomato1
- Tuna flakes marinated in oil80 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Egg Mixture
- Eggs1
- Milk100 ml
- Powdered cheese2 tbsp
- Salta pinch
- Salted butter10 g
- Watercressas needed
How to make
- 1. Remove the stem from tomato and cut into 0.8-inch cubes.
- 2. Add Step 1, tuna flakes marinated in oil and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. In another bowl, mix together the egg mixture ingredients.
- 4. Place 2 slices of white bread, place half of Step 2 on each, and sandwich them with another white bread.
- 5. Transfer Step 3 to a cooking tray, add Step 4, and soak both sides for 3 minutes each.
- 6. Melt salted butter in a medium heated pan, then add Step 5 and cook. When both sides have browned, remove from heat.
- 7. Serve on a plate, garnish with watercress, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
