  • Milk

  • Powdered cheese

  • Salted butter

  • Watercress

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the stem from tomato and cut into 0.8-inch cubes.
  2. 2. Add Step 1, tuna flakes marinated in oil and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix together.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix together the egg mixture ingredients.
  4. 4. Place 2 slices of white bread, place half of Step 2 on each, and sandwich them with another white bread.
  5. 5. Transfer Step 3 to a cooking tray, add Step 4, and soak both sides for 3 minutes each.
  6. 6. Melt salted butter in a medium heated pan, then add Step 5 and cook. When both sides have browned, remove from heat.
  7. 7. Serve on a plate, garnish with watercress, and it's ready to serve.
