- Rice150 g
- Boiled whitebait20 g
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1/2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves1 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem of the green shiso leaf.
- 1. Put the rice, boiled whitebait, and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix it together, then divide it into 2 equal parts. Place it on a plastic wrap and grip it into triangles.
- 2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and Step 1. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until browned, then remove them from the heat.
- 3. Serve it on a plate that has lined green shiso leaf and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. You can substitute the dried whitebait for boiled whitebait to make it delicious.
