- Spaghetti100 g
- Hot water1000 ml
- Salt2 tsp
- Sauce
- Salted pollack roe60 g
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
- Nori seaweedas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the thin skin from salted pollack/cod roe (tarako).
- 1. Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain the water.
- 2. In a bowl, combine Step 1 and sauce ingredients and mix together.
- 3. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi) and nori seaweed, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. This time we use tarako, but you can also make it deliciously in spicy pollack/cod roe (mentaiko). Please use the time indicated on the package as a guide for the boiling time.
