- Chicken thigh200 g
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Seasoning Mix
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sake2 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tbsp
- Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Garnish
- Mizuna mustard greens50 g
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the base of mizuna mustard greens and cut it into 2-inch wide pieces.
- 1. Put mixed seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 2. Coat chicken thigh with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Place cooking oil on a medium heated pan and cook Step 2 from the skin side.
- 4. Once browned, flip over and cook over medium heat. Once cooked, add Step 1 and heat.
- 5. Remove from the heat when the sauce starts to shine and juices run out. Serve on a plate with mizuna mustard greens, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. You can substitute your favorite garnish to cook.
