- Rice250 g
- Deep fried tempura bits (Tenkasu)15 g
- Sakura shrimp10 g
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves3 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stems of green shiso leaves.
- 1. Add rice, deep-fried tempura bits, sakura shrimp, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) in a bowl, and mix well.
- 2. Wrap each 1/3 of the mixture in plastic wrap and use your hands to press and form a triangle.
- 3. Remove the plastic wrap, wrap the green shiso leaves around the rice, place on a plate, and it's ready to eat.
