- Potato100 g
- Chinese chive20 g
- Water400 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Peel the potatoes, remove the potato-eyes, and cut it into 0.4-inch cubes. Cut the Chinese chive into 0.8-inch lengths.
- 2. Heat some water in a pot, add Step 1 potatoes, and heat it over medium heat.
- 3. Once the potatoes are cooked, add the Step 1 Chinese chive and some Japanese style granulated soup stock and bring it to a boil. Dissolve in the miso and turn off the heat.
- 4. Serve Step 3 in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Some potatoes tend to fall apart depending on the kind. Please use the size of the potatoes that you like. It is lightly seasoned. Please adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking.
