- Dried persimmon4
- Tempura flour1/2 tbsp
- Batter
- Water60 ml
- Tempura flour40 g
- Frying oilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem of the dried persimmons.
- 1. Place the dried persimmons in a tray and coat them with the tempura flour.
- 2. Place the batter ingredients in a bowl, mix it well, and add Step 1.
- 3. Pour 1-inch depth of frying oil into the pot, heat to 180°C (360°F), and add Step 2. Deep-fry for about 3 minutes until the batter is browned, then drain the oil.
- 4. Plate it and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please use any kind of dried persimmon you like. Drain the oil well after deep-frying. You can also sprinkle a pinch of salt if you like.
