- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Pork belly80 g
- Bean sprouts80 g
- Chinese chive30 g
- (A)Gochujang1 tbsp
- (A)Honey1 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tsp
- (A)Powdered chili pepper1/2 tsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/4 tsp
- Salad oil2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut the Chinese chives into 2-inch width pieces.
- 2. Cut the pork belly into 2-inch width pieces.
- 3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, then add Step 2 and stir-fry it.
- 4. When the pork belly is browned, add the bean sprouts, then quickly stir-fry the Japanese stir-fried noodles (yakisoba), Step 1, and ingredient (A), then stir-fry them together.
- 5. When all the flavors are blended, remove it from the heat and serve it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
