How to make
- 1. Mince the onions. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Beat 2 eggs in two separate bowls, then add half of the thin omelet ingredients into each bowl and mix together.
- 3. Add half of cooking oil to pan heated over medium heat, spread it using a paper towel, pour in the eggs from step 2 and spread the egg mixture all over the pan. When the surface of the egg has hardened, remove from the heat and place on a plastic wrap. Repeat the process for the second piece.
- 4. Melt salted butter in another pan, add the onion from step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat. When the onions become wilted, add the chicken thighs from step 1 and stir-fry. When the chicken thighs are cooked, add the rice and stir-fry further. When the rice has loosened, season them with salt and white pepper, then remove from the heat.
- 5. Place half of the rice from step 4 on top of the eggs from step 3 and wrap. Repeat the process to make another piece.
- 6. Place it on a plate, cover with ketchup and it is done!
Tips for cooking
Adding starch to the eggs helps in having a clean finish when cooking. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
