- Kimchi100 g
- Pork belly50 g
- Onion1/4
- Japanese leek1/4
- Water500 ml
- (A)Gochujang1 tbsp
- (A)Miso1 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- Eggs1
How to make
- 1. Slice onion thinly and cut Japanese leek into 0.4-inch wide diagonally. Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add water and (A) in a pot, heat over medium heat, and dissolve well. Add pork belly and when cooked through, add onion, Japanese leek, udon noodles, and kimchi and boil with the indicated time on the package.
- 3. Transfer to a plate, crack in the egg and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
When melting (A) in Step 2, melt it thoroughly. Onions and Japanese leek are delicious even if they retain their texture, or if you simmer them thoroughly and make them soft, so please adjust them as you like. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs. *Detailed instructions on raw eggs to be added.
