Ingredients 2 servings (300ml, 1 1/4 cup cocotte)
- Egg Mixture
- Beaten eggs1
- Milk40 ml
- Whipping cream (Heavy cream)30 ml
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Imitation crab4
- Edamame30 g
- Shredded pizza cheeze10 g
How to make
- Prepare. Defrost the edamame as indicated on the package.
- 1. Cut the imitation crab into half lengths and break it up.
- 2. Add the egg mixture to a bowl and mix together, add Step 1, the edamame and the shredded pizza cheese, and mix together.
- 3. Pour them into a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 200W microwave for 5 minutes. When the eggs are set, remove it and it’s ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
