Ingredients 2 servings
- Chicken thigh150 g
- (A)Cooking sake1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Cucumber80 g
- Lettuce40 g
- Coriander15 g
- Cherry tomato3
- (B)Sweet chili sauce1.5 tbsp
- (B)Nam pla fish sauce1.5 tsp
- (B)Lemon juice1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the cucumber stem. Cut off the coriander roots. Remove cherry tomatoes stem. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- 1. Cut cucumber and lettuce into thin strips. Roughly chop coriander. Cut cherry tomatoes lengthwise into 4 equal pieces.
- 2. Add chicken thigh and ingredient (A) into a heat-resistant bowl, rub well, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 3 minutes until cooked through, then let it cool.
- 3. Mix ingredient (B) in a large bowl, mix, add Step 1 and 2, then toss.
- 4. Serve in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
In Step 2, please adjust the heating time according to the readiness. The juice from chicken thigh is going to be a delicious broth, so please use it in the dish together.
