  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    100 g
  • Condensed milk
    30 g
  • Ketchup
    1 tbsp
  • White pepper
    as needed
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed
  • Red-leaf lettuce
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove any prawns that have back cotton.
  2. 1. Add the batter ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  3. 2. Dip the shrimp in Step 1 batter and deep-fry in 170°C (340°F) heated oil until golden brown.
  4. 3. Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

Tips for cooking

You can make with your favorite kinds of shrimps. For frying oil, pour about 1-inch to 2-inch depth of oil.
