How to make
- 1. Add retort pouch curry into a large heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave as indicated on the package.
- 2. Place the rice on a heat-resistant plate, cover it with Step 1, and make a dent in the center. Put Japanese mayonnaise, crack in an egg, and top with cheese and panko-breadcrumbs.
- 3. Bake in toaster oven for about 5 minutes until egg is half-cooked.
- 4. Sprinkle with parsley and it's ready to serve.
