Ingredients 2 onigiri
- Rice200 g
- (A)bonito flakes4 g
- (A)Soy sauce1 tsp
- (A)Chili bean sauce (Tobandjan)1/2 tsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- Nori seaweed1 sheets
How to make
- 1. Add rice and (A) into a bowl, and mix evenly.
- 2. Separate it into 2 equal portions, and use a plastic wrap to use your hands to press and form a a trianlg shape.
- 3. Cut nori seaweed into half and wrap in Step 2. Serve in a dish and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
It is spicy, so please adjust the amount of doubanjiang according to your preference. Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. It is also delicious to make it grilled onigiri.
