- Water400 ml
- Mekabu seaweed80 g
- Ginger5 g
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel ginger and set aside.
- 1. Grate ginger.
- 2. Heat water in a pot over medium heat.
- 3. Add mekabu seaweed and Japanese style granulated soup into a pot of boiling water, and heat over medium heat.
- 4. Once it boiled, dissolve the miso over medium heat, and remove from heat.
- 5. Place Step 4 in bowls, sprinkle Step 1 and young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
It has a light taste, so please add miso and adjust it to your taste. Please adjust the amount of ginger to your liking.
