- Spaghetti100 g
- Hot water1000 ml
- Salt2 tsp
- Onion1/4
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)1
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon4 sheets
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Eggs1
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- (A)Ketchup4 tbsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- Parsleyas needed
- Black pepperas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the core from bell pepper.
- 1. Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and boil 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package. Drain the water, transfer to a bowl, add an egg, and mix well.
- 2. Add ingredient (A) to the bowl and mix together.
- 3. Slice onion thinly. Cut bell pepper into thin strips. Cut thin-sliced half bacon into 0.4-inch strips.
- 4. Add 1 Tbs of olive oil to a pan, heat over medium heat, and stir-fry Step 3. Remove the pan when cooked.
- 5. Heat the remaining olive oil in the same pan, add Step 1, and shape it into a circle. Heat over medium heat for about 3 minutes, then bake while pressing down from the top with a flip.
- 6. When the underside is crispy and browned, flip and cook for another 2 minutes to brown.
- 7. When both sides are cooked, coat with Step 2, top with Step 4 and shredded pizza cheese, cover, and steam.
- 8. When shredded pizza cheese is melted, remove from heat.
- 9. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with parsley and black pepper to taste, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of parsley and black pepper to your liking. If the spaghetti gets burnt and stick to a pan, please add oil little by little to adjust. You can also enjoy with ham instead of thin-sliced half bacon. ① can also be enjoyed with a ready-made pizza sauce.
