- Oatmeal50 g
- Baking powder2 g
- Beaten eggs1
- Milk100 ml
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Salted butter5 g
- Maple syrup1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Add oatmeal and baking powder to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- 2. Add beaten egg and milk, mix well, and let sit for about 10 minutes until the oatmeal begins to puff.
- 3. Put half of the cooking oil into a medium-heated pan, and spread it all over with a paper towel. Pour in half of Step 2, and cook for about 3 minutes until the surface starts to bubble.
- 4. Flip it over, cook for about 5 minutes until the inside is cooked through and both sides are browned, then remove from the heat. Make another piece in the same way.
- 5. Arrange on a plate, top with salted butter, drizzle maple syrup, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute honey for maple syrup, but children under 1 year old should not have this meal.
