- Onion1/4
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Olive oil1 tbsp
- Canned tomatoes100 g
- Water70 ml
- (B)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- (B)Soy saucea pinch
- Shredded pizza cheeze40 g
- Basila pinch
How to make
- Prepare. Tear basils by hands.
- 1. Chop onion into small pieces.
- 2. Put (A) and Step 1 in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry. Once onion has softened, lower the heat to low, add canned tomatoes and water, then cook for 8 minutes.
- 3. Bring the heat to medium, add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and (B) then stir-fry well.
- 4. Add cheese for pizza and mix well. Place on a plate once the cheese has melted. Sprinkle basils on top, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the saltiness and spiciness as you like. You can also add your favorite vegetable or meat to make it more delicious, so please try arranging it. *For the sausage, mini sausages are closer in looks to the Japanese sausages, but the wiener sausages are closer in taste. You can purchase Japanese sausages in Japanese supermarkets or online.
