- Chicken thigh200 g
- Saltas needed
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Green shiso leaves10 sheets
- Green shiso leaves3 sheets
- Salt and pepper mixas needed
How to make
- 1. Slice the green shiso leaves into thin strips. Reserve some for garnish on a separate plate.
- 2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken from step 2.
- 4. When all the chicken is browned, add green shiso leaves from Step 1 for frying, and stir lightly.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper mix to your taste, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
We used chicken thigh, but you can also enjoy it with chicken breast. You can use cooking oil or olive oil to replace sesame oil. If you want to enjoy the smell of green shiso leaves more, you can also increase the amount of green shiso leaves and it will be delicious, so please try it out.
