  • Water
    400 ml
  • Cabbage
    50 g
  • Beaten eggs
    1.5
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    2 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the core of the cabbage and cut it into 0.4-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Add Step 1 and water in a pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until cabbage gets soft.
  3. 3. Add the beaten egg in a circular motion and add Japanese style granulated soup stock, heat over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Dissolve miso and remove from heat.
  5. 5. Serve in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can still cook nicely if you have substituted cherry tomatoes for tomatoes.
