Ingredients 2 servings
- Water400 ml
- Cabbage50 g
- Beaten eggs1.5
- Japanese style granulated soup stock2 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Remove the core of the cabbage and cut it into 0.4-inch pieces.
- 2. Add Step 1 and water in a pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until cabbage gets soft.
- 3. Add the beaten egg in a circular motion and add Japanese style granulated soup stock, heat over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
- 4. Dissolve miso and remove from heat.
- 5. Serve in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can still cook nicely if you have substituted cherry tomatoes for tomatoes.
