Ingredients 2 servings
- Rice400 g
- Ground beef and pork mix200 g
- Onion1
- Canned diced tomatoes200 g
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- Curry powder1.5 tbsp
- (B)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1 tsp
- (B)Salt1/2 tsp
- (B)Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Chop the parsley and set aside.
- 1. Roughly chop the onion.
- 2. Add cooking oil and ingredient (A) to a pan and heat it over low heat. When the aroma comes out, add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat until it becomes soft.
- 3. Add ground beef and pork mix and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
- 4. Add the curry powder and sit-fry to combine, then add a can of diced tomatoes and ingredient (B) and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the juice evaporates.
- 5. Place the rice and Step 4 on a plate, decorate with parsley, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Since water is not added, it will burn easily, so be careful with the heat control. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
