Ingredients 4 servings
- Pudding300 g
- (A)Whipping cream (Heavy cream)200 ml
- (A)Milk100 ml
- (A)Sugar40 g
- (B)Sugar50 g
- (B)Water1 tbsp
- Water1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Place puddings (purin) in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth.
- 2. Add ingredient (A) to Step 1 and mix evenly. Pour the mixture into a bat and cover with plastic wrap.
- 3. Place Step 2 in a freezer and chill for about 4~5 hours.
- 4. Add ingredient (B) in a small saucepan and heat over high heat until it starts to burn, then add the remaining water to make the caramel sauce.
- 5. Place the fully set Step 3 in cups, drizzle Step 4 and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
When making caramel, mix quickly so that the bottom doesn't burn too much. In addition, when you add water, it may splash, so please be careful.
