How to make
- Prepare. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
- 1. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix together.
- 2. Spread cream cheese and blueberry jam on one slice of white bread and cover with another slice of white bread. Make another piece in the same way.
- 3. Soak Step 2 in Step 1 on both sides until the liquid is reduced.
- 4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add Step 3 and when both sides are browned, it's ready.
- 5. Add honey and powdered sugar, garnish with strawberries and whipped cream and it is ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of powdered sugar, honey, strawberry, and whipped cream to your liking. You can also use strawberry jam instead of blueberry jam. Soak the egg mixture well so that the flavor is thoroughly absorbed. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature make it easier to spread. This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
