  • (B)White sesame paste
    2 tbsp
  • (B)Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)

  • Toppings
  • Egg yolk

  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. 1. Follow the instructions on the package to heat and thaw frozen udon noodles in a microwave.
  2. 2. Chop Japanese leek.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil to the pan, add ground pork, and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. When the color changes, add Step 2 and (A) and stir-fry. When ground pork is cooked through and the flavors have blended, remove from the heat.
  5. 5. Add half of (B), sliced Japanese chili peppers (takanotsume), and Step 1 to each bowl and mix well.
  6. 6. Top with Step 4 and toppings and it's ready to serve.
