- Rice250 g
- Smoked salmon30 g
- Edamame30 g
- Vinegar1 tbsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- (A)Salt1 three finger pinch
How to make
- Prepare. Thaw the edamame according to the instructions on the package and remove the thin skin.
- 1. Cut the smoked salmons into 0.4-inch strips.
- 2. Add the rice and vinegar to a bowl and mix together. Add Step 1, edamame and ingredient (A) and lightly mix together, then divide it into 3 equal parts.
- 3. Wrap one of them in a plastic wrap and grip it into a triangle shape. Make another 2 pieces in the same way.
- 4. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. If you like, you can grill it to enjoy. *You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.
