  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1/2 tbsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove the potato eyes and set aside. Peel carrots and set aside.
  2. 1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Cut onion into 0.4-inch pieces. Chop carrot diagonally.
