- Pork belly100 g
- Beaten eggs2
- Cabbage1/4
- Carrot50 g
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil2 tsp

- Okonomiyaki sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the carrots and set aside
- 1. Slice cabbage and carrots into thin strips. Add in a bowl, add the beaten egg and (A), and mix well.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in Step 1. When cooked, fold the meat in half and place on top, flip over, and cook on both sides.
- 3. When the pork belly and eggs are cooked, remove it from the heat, place it on a plate, top with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
We used a 10-inch diameter pan this time. When you use a large size pan, increase the amount of every ingredient or the amount of eggs.
