- Green shiso leaves4 sheets
- (A)Ponzu sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sesame oil1 tsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the stems of tomatoes.
- 1. Cut tomatoes into 8 equal wedges.
- 2. Cut off the stems of green shiso leaves and roughly chop them.
- 3. Add (A) in a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Add Step 1 and Step 2, and mix well.
- 5. Arrange it in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt or ponzu sauce to your taste. You can also use cherry tomatoes instead of tomatoes. *You must be of legal drinking age
