- Canned tomato sauce400 g
- Béchamel sauce (Canned Japanese white sauce)400 g
- Shredded pizza cheeze100 g
- Basilas needed
- Ground beef and pork100 g
- Red wine2 tbsp
- Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 1. Put the can of tomato sauce, ground beef and pork, red wine, and granulated Japanese consomme soup stock in a heat-resistant container, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W, then remove the plastic wrap and cook for another 4 minutes.
- 2. Peel each layer of cabbage one by one.
- 3. Layer in the order of Step 1, canned béchamel sauce (Japanese white sauce), and cabbage into a heat-resistant container.
- 4. Add basil and shredded pizza cheese at the end, and bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
When heating ground beef and pork and a can of meat sauce, mix it thoroughly while loosening it to cook. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. If the Japanese white sauce from a can is too thick, mix a little milk to spread before use.
