- Hashed beef200 g
- Garlic shoots100 g
- Seasoning
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Cut garlic shoots into 2-inch wide pieces.
- 2. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add hashed beef, and stir-fry.
- 3. Once cooked through, add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 4. When garlic shoots start to get fragrant and cooked through, add the seasonings and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. When the flavors are absorbed, turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and it's ready.
