Ingredients 1 pizza (8-inch)
- (A)Pancake mix200 g
- (A)Water30 ml
- (A)Plain yogurt75 ml
- Bread flouras needed
- Ketchup5 tbsp
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon4 sheets
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)1
- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Extra virgin olive oilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the core of the bell peppers. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 1. Cut bell pepper into round slices. Slice thin-sliced half bacon into 0.4-inch width.
- 2. Put ingredient (A) in a plastic bag, close the mouth, and rub well to mix from outside with your hands.
- 3. When it comes together, sprinkle flour (plain flour) on the table and remove Step 2 from the plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about 8-inch diameter, place it on a baking tray with a parchment paper, cut out the center of the dough with a round shape cutter, and make a cut of 1-inch width in the inner side of dough.
- 4. Spread ketchup on the dough, then place Step 1 and shredded pizza cheese on top. Pinch the inner edge of the dough, then bring it over at outer to cover the rest of the dough and fasten it.
- 5. Bake in a 200°C (390°F) oven for 15 minutes. Once browned, place it on a plate, cover with extra virgin olive oil and it's ready to serve.
