- Silk tofu200 g
- Water150 ml
- Kelp (Kombu)2 sheets
- (A)Light soy sauce1 tsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- bonito flakesas needed
How to make
- 1. Put water and the kelp (kombu) into a large heat-resistant bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- 2. Cut the silk tofus into 2 equal pieces.
- 3. Mix the ingredient (A) in Step 1 and add Step 2.
- 4. Cover it with plastic wrap and microwave for about 5 minutes at 500W.
- 5. Arrange in the order of kombu and silk tofu, then sprinkle bonito flakes and it’s ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you overcook the silk tofu, it will get spongy, so please adjust the heating time according to the condition. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
