- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Water1 tbsp
- Pork loin50 g
- Cabbage30 g
- Tempura bits10 g
- Seasoning
- Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Toppings
- Red pickled ginger5 g
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)as needed
How to make
- 1. Cut the cabbage roughly into bite-sized.
- 2. Cut the pork loin into 1-inch.
- 3. Add sesame oil to a medium-heated frying pan, and fry Step 1 and Step 2.
- 4. When pork loins turn white and cooked through, add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and water, then stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. Once the noodles have loosened, add tempura bits and seasonings, then turn off the heat once the flavors have blended well.
- 6. Serve on a plate, garnish with toppings, and it's ready to eat.
