How to make
- Prepare. Line the mold with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Sift cake flour (pastry flour).
- 1. Place the eggs in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
- 2. When large bubbles form and begin to bubble, add the honey and mix it with a hand mixer.
- 3. When the mixture becomes white and the ribbon remains when you drop it back, add cake flour and pastry flour and mix it together.
- 4. Pour Step 3 into the cake mold and bake in the oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 40 minutes until browned.
- 5. Remove it from the cake mold, let it cool, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking. Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil. Please adjust the amount of honey to your liking. If you want to make it sweeter, you can put 50~100 ml (3Tbs + 1tsp ~ 1/3cup + 4tsp) extra.
