- Dry-cured ham (Prosciutto)30 g
- Cream cheese30 g
- Parsley3 g
- (A)Extra virgin olive oil2 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
How to make
- 1. Mince parsley.
- 2. Put rice, Step 1, and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix until the flavors are blended.
- 3. Tear in dry-cured ham (prosciutto) and cream cheese, lightly mix, divide into 2 equal parts, wrap in plastic wrap, and grip into a triangle shape.
- 4. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. You can substitute olive oil for extra virgin olive oil.
