- Somen (thin wheat noodles)100 g

- Pork belly150 g
- Hot wateras needed
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
- Radish sprouts10 g
- Daikon radish1/4
- Noodle Soup
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)100 ml
- Water100 ml
How to make
- Prepare. Mix noodle soup base (tsuyu) sauce ingredients together.
- 1. Cut off the root of radish sprouts. Peel and grate daikon radish and drain.
- 2. Boil water in a pot, add pork belly, and cook for about 2 minutes until heated through. Drain, cool under running water, and drain. Transfer to a bowl, add salt and sesame oil, and mix together.
- 3. Boil water in a pot, boil somen (thin wheat noodles) according to the directions on the package, drain, and cool in iced water.
- 4. Place drained Step 3, 2, and 1 on a bowl, pour over tsuyu, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste. For pork belly, you can change to the parts you like.
