- Gochujang1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper (powder)1/2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stems of the green shiso leaves.
- 1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the pickling sauce and mix well.
- 2. In a separate bowl, place Step 1 and green shiso leaves alternately, make a drop lid with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- 3. Arrange on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you are not good at spicy taste, please adjust the amount of gochujang. When you’re doing a drop lid with plastic wrap, make sure that it is firmly adhered to the ingredients.
