- Burdock root80 g
- Carrot100 g
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tsp
- (A)Cayenne pepper (powder)1/4 tsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Scrape the skin off burdock root. Peel the carrots.
- 1. Shred burdock root and carrot. Soak burdock root in water for about 10 minutes and drain.
- 2. Heat pan over medium heat, add Japanese mayonnaise and Step 1, and stir-fry.
- 3. When burdock root and carrot are cooked through, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry over medium heat. When the flavors are fully absorbed, remove from heat and serve on a plate, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. If you are not used to spicy food, please adjust the amount of cayenne pepper (powder).
