Ingredients 2 servings
- Pork belly100 g
- Bean sprouts200 g
- Shimeji mushrooms50 g
- Maitake mushroom50 g
- (A)Ponzu sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- Sesame oil1 tbsp

- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Cut off the hard tips from the shimeji mushrooms and maitake mushrooms, and break them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Cut pork belly into 2-inch pieces.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, add Step 2 and stir-fry.
- 4. When the pork belly changes color and is cooked through, add Step 1 and bean sprouts, and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. When bean sprouts become soft, add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat. When all the flavors are well blended, remove from the heat.
- 6. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
