    150 g
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
    1 tsp
  • White pepper
    1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    2 tbsp
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • Lemon
    1/8

How to make

  1. 1. Mix together the seasonings.
  2. 2. Sprinkle Step 1 on chicken cartilage.
  3. 3. Sprinkle Step 2 with cake flour (pastry flour) and let it coat entirely.
  4. 4. Deep-fry Step 3 in 170°C (340°F) heated oil until golden brown and it's ready to serve.
  5. 5. Add lemon juice if you like.

Tips for cooking

Chicken cartilage can be made with either knee or yagen cartilage. If you don't have garlic powder, rub in some grated garlic and then sprinkle salt and pepper mix. It's fine as long as the amount of frying oil is enough to cover the ingredients.
