- Cabbage50 g
- Corn50 g
- Hot water400 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Drain the corn.
- 1. Cut the cabbage in half and cut into thin strips.
- 2. When the water in the pot comes to a boil, add Step 1 and corn, then simmer over medium heat until the cabbage is wilted.
- 3. Add some Japanese style granulated soup stock and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 4. Dissolve the miso, serve it in a bowl, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. We used canned corn, but you can also use some frozen corn instead.
